I’m so glad you’re here. Maybe you have wanted try yoga, but you’ve been too intimidated to go to a studio or gym. My classes are small and intimate and meant for you.
If you’re anything like me you probably do your best to take care of everyone around you. You’re thoughtful, you love to help out, and sometimes you overextend yourself because the word “no” doesn’t come easily.
You’ve been meaning to start doing something really good for yourself, but you still haven’t found the time, or figured out exactly what that “something” is.
Let’s face it, there are only so many hours in the day, and you are already pretty freakin’ busy, right?
But what if that little bit of time you took for yourself changed everything?
What if you felt better in your body, exactly as it is, and you had more energy to face your day? What if you felt more patient, more confident, more YOU?
